I can write down facts and justify the relationship between food and health in target culture.

Talk to a partner about Chinese and American cuisine cultures and ask questions about how culture implications affect their view of diet and health preservation. 

I can discuss and investigate how culture implication affects people’s cuisine and view of health.

Students create a poster about eating habits and health preservation in China using information learned in class or obtained from outside resources.
