EQ What can we learn about a culture by looking at its school system?

"It is a D again" is a painting by artist Fyodor Reshetnikov, created in 1952. It is displayed in the Tretyakov Gallery.
The painting reflects the realities of a student's life in the USSR. The picture is well known to the Soviet and Russian public.
